Refund policy
DAMAGES OR ISSUES
All sales are finals. The only case a return would be accepted is if the product is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
To be eligible for a return:
- Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 15 days from the delivery date.
- Jewelry must be in new, unworn condition, in the state you received them and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged products.
- We do not accept returns on custom orders, as specified in the contract.
TO START A RETURN
Send us an email that includes:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Shipping address
- Copy of your ship confirmation email or online purchase receipt displayed during checkout
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
You will receive an email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you will have the option of exchanging the item or receiving store credit.
REFUNDS
You will receive an email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is issued for it to post to your account.
